

Larry Roberts is a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist in the State of Oklahoma. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Biblical Studies in 1997 and his Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2003 from Oklahoma Baptist University. Larry’s passion is helping married couples move toward healing, reconciliation, and renewed connection.
Alongside his therapy practice, Larry is currently pursuing advanced certification in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), a respected model for helping couples repair and strengthen their bond. He also served as an adjunct professor in the Marriage and Family Therapy program at Oklahoma Baptist University from 2014 to 2021, teaching Marital Therapy to graduate students preparing for work in the field.
More than any professional role, Larry most values being a husband and father. He and his wife, Candace, have been married for 35 years and have 6 children, along with a son-in-law, a daughter-in-law, and 2 grandchildren. They are active members of Immanuel Baptist Church in Shawnee. When he has time to relax, Larry enjoys golf and chess.
