Jessica Ngotngamwong, LCSW

Jessica Ngotngamwong is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience helping individuals, couples, children, and families navigate life’s challenges. She began her clinical practice in 2014 after earning her Bachelor of Social Work from Oral Roberts University and her Master of Social Work from the University of Oklahoma.

After years of serving in outpatient and community mental health settings in Tulsa, Jessica recently relocated to the Oklahoma City area. She now welcomes clients in the Shawnee and Norman communities, offering compassionate, client-centered care.

Jessica takes an individualized, whole-person approach to therapy—supporting the mind, body, and spirit. Her therapeutic style is grounded in strength-based and cognitive behavioral approaches, with the integration of mindfulness, faith-based practices (when appropriate), and trauma-informed care. She is trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for treating PTSD, as well as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support emotional regulation and mindfulness skills.

Jessica has a strong passion for working with military members, first responders, and their families. She co-founded and facilitated a support group for military and first responder spouses at her Tulsa church for three years. Since 2010, she has also been actively involved with Crisis Pregnancy Outreach, offering parenting support and guidance to individuals and families facing difficult transitions.

At the heart of Jessica’s work is a belief in each person’s capacity for growth, resilience, and healing. She is honored to walk alongside her clients as they explore their stories, discover their strengths, and pursue the goals that matter most to them.
