Heather has been a LIcensed Professional Counselor (LPC) since 2004. She earned an Associates degree from Seminole State College in 1993, a Bachelors degree from the University of Central Oklahoma in 1995, and a Masters of Science in Human Resources Counseling from East Central University in 1997. After working for several years as a school counselor, she worked for the Child Guidance Clinic at the Pottawatomie County Health Department, specializing in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT).
She enjoys working with teens, young adults and adults. She works with anxiety, depression, blended families, parenting issues, and other life adjustments. Heather has also worked with Seminole State College for several years providing counseling services to students, faculty, and staff.
Heather enjoys spending time with her family, reading, hiking, and traveling. She is an active member of Highland church of Christ in Tecumseh. Heather and her husband Daryl have four adult children, one son in law, multiple grand dogs, and one very sweet Aussiedoodle named Ralphie.
