Individual therapy is recommended for the treatment of various problems that do not involve the inclusion of a spouse, partner, or family member. However, a partner or family member may occasionally join a session for the benefit of education and support. Individual therapy is when you meet one-on-one with a mental health professional (therapist, clinician). Our therapists at will support you to address the difficulties and personal challenges you are experiencing. By addressing these struggles with your therapist, you can begin to approach problems in new ways, stop negative thinking patterns, and re-establish a sense of hope, enlightenment, and fulfillment in your life. We strive to create a safe, supportive and confidential environment in which we can help you gain a better understanding of yourself, empower you to take charge of your life and encourage change and personal growth.
