Mitchell DeShazer has worked with people in a therapeutic setting since 2017 and has worked with adolescents as a teacher and coach since 2006. Mitchell is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and graduated with his Bachelor in Family Psychology and Art in 2005 from Oklahoma Baptist University and received his Masters in Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Oklahoma Baptist University in 2017. Mitchell has been trained in various systemic techniques to help couples, families, and individuals walk through multiple life stages and multiple challenges that keep you from moving forward in your life.
Mitchell takes an open-minded, client lead, integrative approach to help you find the path that best fits your progress and healing. Mitchell utilizes various integrative techniques in systemic therapy to support your work toward the goals you set and meet you where you are without judgment.
In addition to working in mental health, Mitchell has been married for 11 years, is the father of two children, and is an avid practitioner of growth and maintaining his health and wellbeing.
